Instructions:

Simply plug the reader into the computer, run the application (no installation is needed), use the command "r" to read the original tag, and use the command "w" to program the tag we send you.

If your tag is not currently in our database. You won't be able to program the new tag with the "w" command, please copy and paste the full read result and email us. Please copy and paste the text please, no picture, no screenshot! We will support it in our software and provide you with the new software within 1 day.

Helpful tips:

• UHF RFID technology is long-range RFID technology, please keep any tag you do not intend to read/write at least 3 feet / 1 meter away from the reader.
• UHF RFID technology is also directional, please keep the tag 90° angle from the reader like what is shown in the picture below.

• Keep the read result in a safe place or email to Mr. Key Fob (we have a database to keep a record of customers' tag data for warranty and reorder purposes only), if you need extra tags, we can copy by just using the saved data.

Privacy notice:

Our software does not collect any user data, nor log any data on your computer. However, if you email us the read result, your RFID tag's data will be used for improving our software, reordering your next order, or for warranty purposes only. Your data will never be shared or sold to a third party.
