30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the day the items are received for any reason. The request must be made within 30 days receiving the order. (No refund will be issued after 30 days.)
- The Express Shipping/ Priority Delivery upgrade charge is not refundable once your order is shipped.
- Card Printing Service related charges are also non-refundable.
- We will pay for the return shipping if there's an error caused by Mr. Key Fob such as defective item, damaged item, sent the wrong item and process a refund if requested.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back if the return reason is not due to our error.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization). No refund will be issued if the item is returned without getting an RMA from us.
- No returns will be accepted for clearance products.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified via email and refunded on your original payment method for the entire item or partial (if you rented a cloner). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
1-Year Warranty
- All Mr. Key Fob products sold: i.e. key fobs, Aftermarket key fobs, remotes. Cloned key fobs, cloned remotes are backed by a 1-year warranty. We will replace or repair your key fobs or remotes if they stop working if you send in your defective item (contact us beforehand).
- We do not offer a warranty for non-Mr. Key Fob products such as Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) remotes, OEM key fobs. For the warranty claim on these products, please contact the manufacturer.
- No warranty will be offered for clearance products.
- We do not offer a warranty for the cloned key fobs or remotes if your management deactivated your original key fob or remote. Physical damage occurred by customer is not covered by this warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and ensure that you have the greatest customer experience!
Shipping policy:
Same-day shipping guarantee:
All Express Air orders placed by noon Eastern Standard Time will ship out the same business day from Chicago, Wisconsin, Arizona or Calgary. Any order after this time will result in shipments being shipped next business day.
USPS and Canada Post ground orders will be fulfilled the next business day or in best effort same-day.
In rare cases for bulk orders, we may unable to ship them out the same business day, you will get notified by email or phone call.
Express Air shipping:
We do our best to get package into your hands the next business day, so, we always use the fastest possible shipping method we can use. However, a lot of times, the packages are delayed by the courier.
Express shipping is not refundable once your order is shipped. Should you need to return the product, we do not refund on express shipping!
- USA orders will usually ship via UPS air or DHL Express.
- Canadian orders will usually ship via Purolator air or FedEx air.
- If you are within 2 business day radius to ship via ground, we will ship via ground service.
We cannot guarantee weekend and holiday delivery.
Due to the holidays, all couriers are under heavier than normal load, we have seen many orders get delayed by the couriers. If your package gets delayed by the courier, we do not issue a refund on the express shipping.
Lost or damaged items
For the products you purchased from us or the equipment you rent from us, if the items get damaged or lost, we will send a free replacement (in the case the items get damaged, we may ask for a picture as proof so that we can file a claim with the courier). If you need to send your original key fobs to us to copy, we hold no liability for the loss or damage to your key fobs. If that's a concern to you, please rent equipment from us.

We mainly ship orders to the USA and Canada. If you are an oversea customer, you are responsible for any import tax, duty and brokerage fees that may incur.
Privacy Policy:
- Usage data related to using the software downloaded from our website.
- Data for any RFID tag you read and write using the downloaded software from our website.
- Any RFID tag information of the picture/email/text you provided to us.
- Browsing history.
We do not sell or share your information to any third parties. However, we may provide information to the law enforcement agency if we/they suspect any illegal activities are involved.

By downloading and using any of our softwares, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of your fob data by Mr. Key Fob. We assure you that all collected data will be stored securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the collection and storage of your fob data, please contact us for further assistance prior to placing any orders, if you place an order, you accept the data collection outlined here.
No tolerance policy:
we are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all our customers and employees. We have a strict No Tolerance Policy in place to ensure this.
Chargeback policy: If you choose to file a chargeback for whatever reason without contacting us, you will be automatically suspended from our store, we have this policy in place as we always strive for the best customer service and have confidence that we can resolve 99+% of issues customers have through open and prompt communication. Chargebacks punish sellers and are often unwarranted if communication remains open and professional.
Abusive Behavior: We do not tolerate any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespectful communication towards our staff or other customers. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, threats, and discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
Fraudulent Activities: Any attempts to engage in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, using stolen credit cards, providing false information, or attempting to scam our store or other customers, will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
